OUR MISSION

Pathway Partners, founded by Cynthia L. Cohen and Kim A. Rubin, is dedicated to serving families and individuals for whom traditional pathways are not leading to success. Our goal is to enable children, adolescents and young adults to discover their strengths and passions and to support families throughout the process. We work together with clients and families to find and secure alternative educational and therapeutic placements. These programs help clients find their way and enable families to come together. We support our clients as they participate in the programs we select to help them find their way and come together as families.

OUR HISTORY

Pathway Partners was founded as Rubin Educational Resources in the early 1990’s. In 2009, Cynthia L. Cohen and Kim A. Rubin joined forces to provide expert services in educational consulting to meet the varied and unique needs of children, adolescents, an young adults nationwide. In September, 2009, Cynthia L. Cohen became became a partner and the firm became Rubin Cohen Educational Resources. Cynthia is now the Director of the firm, which has been renamed Pathway Partners. Kim Rubin is an educational consultant who works closely with Cynthia to find the best possible placement for each client and offers educational testing services in addition. Cynthia and the Pathway Partners team offer service that enables clients to realize their potential for lifelong success.
